O'Hairganics (closed)

O'Hairganics is a green company committed to bringing their customers naturally green, cruelty-free and organic beauty products. The site lists their products according to your hair concern and also has a great section listing organic hair care resources.

I tried the Ginger Soymilk Hair Wash (shampoo) and Shea Rice Milk Conditioner from Hamadi, courtesy of O'Hairganics. I find that with natural hair care products, it can go either way. I end up with greasy feeling hair or I end up with great feeling hair. I'm not sure why this happens but I'm happy to report that Hamadi products felt fantastic in my hair!

I used it the first day and as expected, there was very little suds while using the shampoo (natural products aren't full of fillers to make your hair lather up like regular shampoo). The conditioner was different - I'm used to conditioners that feel like lotion in a sense and the Rice Milk Conditioner from Hamadi looked...well, like rice milk! I wondered what kind of a job it would do. I went on with my regular routine and later that day as I ran my hand through my hair I thought to myself how soft it felt. I remembered then, that I had used the Hamadi products that day and did a little, "Hmmm...what do ya know!"

The Healing Serum from Hamadi is like a spot-treatment serum for your hair. I tried using it after the conditioner but didn't like the feeling it left in my hair overall (too heavy) but as a treatment for dry ends, it's great!
