Now that the big turkey day has come and gone for my American readers, what exactly are you going to do with all those leftovers?! Us Canadians had our Thanksgiving in October (we need some time to rest before the Christmas feasts begin!) and I wasn't aware of this site until now so I couldn't utilize it. Come Christmas, I'm going to be giving the recipes at Leftovers Lounge a shot!
I love spicy food, and this recipe for Sesame Thai Turkey Salad calls for crushed dried red chillies, yum! Safeway has a commitment to value, ensuring your family's dollar goes further. Believe me, I am not a fan of leftovers and they get tossed before their time. I think recipes like this can help stretch your grocery shopping budget a little further, and that's something we can all be thankful for!

I have some great healthy leftover recipes I will be using after Christmas (I live in Alberta, Canada so Thanksgiving was over a month ago for me). What I cannot stand is the leftover gravy, potatoes, etc. You can only eat so many microwaved dinners.
